What’s great about this company, they respond. I queried when the red light pad would arrive not expecting a prompt response. I got one within 1 hour, which provided clear instructions on the postage and when the product would arrive. It did when they said it would and I even got a written email to say it had arrived! Nowadays that is a very rare. What’s great about this product, my dog has severe arthritis in his right leg, we use the pad on P1 for 20 minutes twice daily, I don’t know how it works, but when he first gets up after using the pad, he doesn’t limp at all. The limp comes back but I am hopeful with continual use this will ease in time. The product was provided with clear, concise instructions, in English. Keep going guys you are doing a great job 👏

I bought this, originally, for my 9yo black lab, Harry... however it turns out we're all loving it! 😅 After a few weeks of use, Harry seems to be moving just as well as he ever has and gets the zoomies out on his walks, my 19yo cat has started jumping between couches again and I (18months in recovery from a badly broken leg) find it incredibly soothing! This has been a rewarding experience purchasing the smaller red light device, due to the great customer service from Elliot and Mia. Our JR is recovering from IVDD, he has weakness in his hind legs so we’re hopeful this will help his stiffness. He is very relaxed with it strapped over his back area when he’s resting. I use red light myself and have seen my own improvement using it, so to find a dog friendly small device is wonderful. I promise to send pics!

My 7 month old puppy Milo has been suffering with really bad back pain due to his spine. Therefore, we started his red light therapy today and I must say it does definitely work! We started with only ten minute sessions to see how he would take to it and he absolutely loves it! We noticed whenever we put the red light on he is instantly relaxed and goes straight to sleep during the session.
